Since 2007, Upper Austrian social partners, political facilities, institutes, organizations, and businesses have been involved in the network “Winning Age, Getting Future” under the management of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labor.

Our high standards are good for more than just the work of the “Winning Age, Getting Future” Network! They also develop guidelines for “demographically correct” personnel policy and continuous measures of quality control and quality control criteria for advisory and qualification proposals.
