We understand gender mainstreaming as an interdisciplinary community mission which can be applied to the planning, development, and implementation of collective products and projects. Every joint activity and project of the “Winning Age, Getting Future” Network will keep in mind its effects on the respective situation of women and men, regardless of their age or origin.
